Payment and order processing
When you buy from us, two separate companies are involved, each for a single purpose, and neither of them receives everything.
Rapyd processes the payment. We send Rapyd the amount, the currency, the country of the transaction, a short description of the purchase, our own return and cancellation links, our internal order reference, the page language, and identifiers for the order and the tender. We do not send your name, your company name or your email address to Rapyd. Your card details are entered by you on Rapyd’s own hosted page, and we never see or store them.
Invoice4U issues the accounting document. It does not process the payment, and it is not used for card clearing on this route. We send Invoice4U only what the document itself has to show: the name of the purchasing company, its business address and country, its city and postal code where provided, and its Israeli business number or, for a company registered outside Israel, its foreign registration number, together with a short description of the purchase, the amount, the currency, the applicable tax rate, the payment record the document must carry – the amount, its date, and that it was settled as a single card payment – and our own internal order and tender references.
We do not send your email address to Invoice4U, and Invoice4U does not send anything to you. We obtain the invoice from Invoice4U ourselves and attach it to an email that we send to the address you gave us when ordering, so the document reaches you from us.
No optional supporting document you upload, such as a business card, is ever sent to Rapyd, to Invoice4U or to any other payment, clearing or invoicing service. Neither the file itself nor its filename, checksum, type or size is sent to them. See the section below.
If we cannot produce the accounting document – for example if the invoicing service is unavailable – this never delays or withholds the files you have paid for. We deliver those as normal and provide the document separately once it is available.
We share this information only to process the transaction, to issue the accounting document and to reconcile the payment. Each company processes what it receives under its own terms and privacy policy.
Business cards and other optional supporting documents
For certain tenders only, we may invite you to upload an image of the business card of the person responsible for the tender. A business card typically contains that person’s name, job title, employer and business contact details. Providing it is optional.
Some contracting authorities use a document-receipt form to record which company received the tender documents. Where such a form permits company or contact details to be evidenced by an attached business card, we may use the card together with the information entered during checkout to prepare the form accurately for the purchasing company.
We do not use an uploaded business card for marketing or profiling. We will not use it for another purpose without providing appropriate notice and, where required, obtaining separate authorisation.
The upload field appears only on the checkout page of a tender where the authority’s procedure makes it relevant. It is not a condition of payment, access to purchased materials or our preparation or submission of the authority’s form. If no card is uploaded, or the upload does not complete successfully, we prepare the form from the company and contact information entered during checkout.
An uploaded image is stored under a randomly generated object key that contains no personal information. It is held in private storage, is not published and is not made available through a public or customer-facing download link.
Business-card images are stored separately from payment data. The uploaded image itself is not sent to Rapyd, Cardcom, Invoice4U or any other payment, clearing or invoicing service. Payment and order information may be shared with the applicable service as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Access is restricted to authorised personnel of I.J. Business Do Ltd. who require it for the tender-document receipt procedure.
Retention:
- If the purchase is not completed, the image is scheduled for deletion 7 days after upload.
- After a completed purchase, the image is scheduled for deletion no later than 120 days after it is moved to the received state.
- If the authority’s form is submitted earlier, the image is moved to the submitted state and scheduled for deletion 30 days later.
- Lifecycle deletion may complete shortly after the stated retention period in accordance with the storage provider’s deletion process.
After deletion, we retain only the relevant order reference, the processing status and the dates needed to document receipt, use and deletion. We do not retain the image, its original filename, checksum, MIME type or size after deletion.
You may ask us to correct or delete an uploaded image at any time by contacting [email protected]. Deleting the image does not affect the purchase or access to materials already bought. We may retain the minimum status and date records needed to document that the deletion request was completed.

Reasonable measures are taken to help protect information collected through the website against unauthorized access, misuse, or unintended disclosure.
However, no method of Internet transmission can guarantee absolute security.
