(5) Method of deciding the successful bidder The successful bidder will be the one who satisfies the technical requirements requested by NTT East and submits a valid bid within the target price range based on comprehensive evaluation. Also, the basic requirements for successful bidders as per NTT East Corporation Announcement No. 1 (April 3, 2020) section 4(5) must be met.
