Tender Notice:

1 Procurement details

(2) Subject and quantity: FY2026 Statistical Business Register database development contract (Identification of survey districts for newly established business establishments) 1 set

(6) Tender method: Tender price must be stated as the estimated total price. The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount; therefore, bidders must state the amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated price regardless of tax status.

2 Eligibility for participation
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budget, Auditing, and Accounting, except minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order.
(3) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications FY2025-2027 unified qualification for Kanto-Koshinetsu region in 'Provision of services' including photography, drafting, or information processing.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the authorized officer for expenditure commitment under Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. Details in the tender explanation document.
(5) Must not be controlled by organized crime groups or equivalent.
3 Obligations for bidders:
Those wishing to participate must submit required documents by 4:00 PM on July 14, 2026, to the location in 4(1). Must respond to requests for explanation about submitted documents.
