1. Procurement Details:

2. Eligibility for Competition:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 4 or 5 of Kochi University Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in manufacturing or sales of goods for the Shikoku region in the national or Kochi University competitive qualification for fiscal 2026. Applications accepted at designated offices.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the time and place designated by the contracting officer.
(5) Must hold a medical device sales permit under the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act.
(6) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contracting officer.
