1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Subject and quantity: Procurement of software, etc. related to cybersecurity threat trend research, 1 set.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As described in the tender specifications.
(4) Performance period: From August 20, 2026 to August 19, 2027.
(5) Performance location: To be designated by the responsible officer.
(6) Tender method: The total price for the set of purchased items will be used. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.

(3) Must have grade A, B, C, or D qualification for 'sale of goods' and 'provision of services' in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs competitive participation qualifications for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027.
