(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Kyushu-Okinawa region for 'sale of goods' in the national competition participation qualifications for fiscal year 2026.
(3) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must not be under transaction suspension by the contract manager.
