Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: May 26, 2026. Procuring entity: President of National University Corporation Hokkaido University, Kiyohiro Hokin. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 01.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number 14.
(2) Subject and quantity: Document creation software license package.
(3) Characteristics of procurement subject: According to the tender specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: September 30, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: Hokkaido University Information Infrastructure Center.
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status.
2 Eligibility for competition:
(1) Must be rated A, B, or C grade in "sale of goods" in the Hokkaido region for fiscal year 2026 under either the national unified qualification or Hokkaido University's qualification. Applications accepted at designated offices or Hokkaido University Finance Department Procurement Section.
(2) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(3) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the date and place designated by the president.
(4) Must not be under transaction suspension by the president.

(6) Award method: The lowest valid bid within the estimated price range judged capable of delivery by the president will be awarded.
