The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: May 26, 2026. Procuring Entity: National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, Contracting Executive Director NAKAYAMA Yuji. Procurement agency number: 816. Location number: 13. Item 1: Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Procurement of servers etc. related to the 2026 Cyber Response Capability Enhancement Ecosystem.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: Within 150 days from the day after the contract date.
(5) Delivery location: According to the specifications.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
(7) This procurement is subject to electronic bidding system; participation is basically via electronic bidding. Those unable to use the electronic system must submit a paper bid participation approval application.
2. Eligibility:
(1) Must not fall under disqualifications per Articles 3 and 4 of the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology Contract Procedures.
(2) Must have national competitive participation qualification for FY 2025-2027 or recognized qualification by the Institute.
(3) Must not be under suspension by the Institute, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, or other ministries.
(4) Electronic bidders must have electronic certification (IC card).
3. Submission:

(6) Bid opening: August 5, 2026, 10:00, at the Institute's bidding room. Other:
