1. Procurement details:

(1) Must not fall under disqualifications in Articles 8 and 9 of Kumamoto University's contract handling regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Kyushu-Okinawa region for 'sale of goods' under the national unified qualification for fiscal year 2026.
(3) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contract manager.
