The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: May 26, 2026. Procuring entity: National University Corporation Kumamoto University, Contract Manager: Director Inoue Kenichi. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 43.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number 26.
(2) Subject and quantity: Software license rights (Microsoft365 Education A3) one set.
(3) Characteristics of procurement subject: as per tender specifications.
(4) Usage period: October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: designated by the contract manager.
(6) Tender method: The successful bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (any fraction less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under disqualifications in Articles 8 and 9 of Kumamoto University's contract handling regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Kyushu-Okinawa region for 'sale of goods' under the national unified qualification for fiscal year 2026.
(3) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contract manager.
