Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: May 27, 2026. Official in charge of disbursement: Kubokura Osamu, Counsellor, Growth Bureau, Children and Families Agency. Procurement agency number: 028. Location number: 13.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Renovation work etc. for the Childcare Operations Facility Management Platform (FY2026), 1 set.
(3) Specifications: According to the tender explanatory documents and specifications.
(4) Fulfillment period: From contract date until March 31, 2027.
(5) Fulfillment location: Place designated by the official in charge of disbursement.
(6) Tender method: The bid amount shall be a total price. The successful bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act.
(3) Must not be under suspension by the Cabinet Office.
(4) Must have Grade A or B rating for 'service provision' from the Cabinet Office Accounting Division for the Kanto-Koshinetsu region for FY2025-2027.
(5) Must not have false statements in application documents.
(6) Must not be in extremely poor financial or credit condition.
(7) Must meet participation qualifications set by the official in charge, including no arrears in social insurance premiums.
(8) Must submit a pledge stating non-affiliation with organized crime groups.
(9) Must not have recent legal violations or administrative sanctions that would affect fair execution or public trust.
3. Submission details:
