Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: May 27, 2026. Procuring entity: Independent Administrative Institution for Small and Medium Enterprise Infrastructure Development, Finance Department Director Kenshi Zenishi. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Subject and quantity: "Survey Work Related to Financial Accounting System Concept Study" - one lot.
(3) Specifications: according to the tender explanation documents and specifications.
(4) Contract period: from contract signing date until March 31, 2027.
(5) Execution location: as per specifications.
(6) Tender method: Tender amount must be the total contract amount. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are truncated). Bidders must state 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
