The bid amount must include all expenses related to the work. The contract price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down), so bidders must state 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. This procurement uses the "Electronic Procurement System" for bidding and bid opening procedures; if not feasible, paper submission is allowed.
