Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: May 29, Reiwa 8 (2026). Responsible officer for expenditure commitment: Mari SHIGENARI, Finance Division, Commissioner-General's Secretariat, National Police Agency. Procurement agency number: 009. Location number: 13. No. 320.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 24.
(2) Subject and quantity of purchase: Superimposed film creation device for footprint, 12 sets.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As described in the tender documents.
(4) Delivery deadline: As described in the tender documents.

(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount, regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities.
(7) This procurement is subject to the electronic procurement system (Government Electronic Procurement System - GEPS). However, if electronic procurement is difficult, paper-based bidding is allowed. Details are in the tender documents.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget Auditing and Accounting Act. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent may be exceptions under special reasons.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget Auditing and Accounting Act.
(3) Must be rated A, B, or C in manufacturing or sales of goods under the Cabinet Office unified qualification for fiscal years Reiwa 7, 8, and 9.
(4) Must not be under suspension of designation by the National Police Agency.
(5) Must not be excluded due to association with organized crime groups as requested by police authorities.
(6) Application timing and place for participation qualifications: As stated in the public notice dated March 31, Reiwa 7.
