The following is announced for open competitive bidding. Date: June 1, 2026. Responsible Officer: SOICHI SUENOBU, Director of National Hospital Organization Nishi-Beppu Hospital. Procurement agency number: 597. Location number: 44. No. 14601.
1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 4, 22, 31.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Fluoroscopy imaging device.
(3) Characteristics of procurement subject: According to the bidding documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: March 31, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: National Hospital Organization Nishi-Beppu Hospital.
(6) Bidding method: The successful bid will be determined by the lowest price method. The bid amount shall include all costs required for the purchase of goods and the bidding process. The winning price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization contract handling regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship may participate if consent is obtained.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the contract regulations.
(3) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for manufacturing or sales of goods at grade A, B, or C, with eligibility in the Kyushu-Okinawa region.
(4) Must prove possession of a medical device sales permit under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(5) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(6) Must have qualifications designated by the responsible officer under Article 4 of the contract regulations.
