Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 1, 2026. Responsible officer for expenditure commitment: ANBE Akihiro, Director of Okazaki Medical Prison. Procurement agency number: 013. Location number: 23. Item 1: Procurement details

(2) Procurement subject and quantity: FY2025 Okazaki Medical Prison Multifunction Wireless System Renewal Contract
(3) Specifications: According to the tender explanatory documents and specifications.
(4) Performance deadline: February 26, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: Designated by the expenditure commitment officer.
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Settlement and Accounting Act. Minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion may be exceptions under special reasons.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget, Settlement and Accounting Act.
(3) Must have a grade C or higher in the Ministry of Justice competitive participation qualification for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027 (unified qualification for all ministries) in the categories of "sale of goods" or "provision of services" for the Tokai-Hokuriku region.
(4) Those without the qualification who wish to participate must obtain it and register in the qualification list by the bid receipt deadline to participate.
