1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 14.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Manufacturing of Kyushu Regional External Radar Rainfall Meter Equipment for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 (electronic bidding target case).

(2) Hold Grade A qualification for manufacturing electrical and communication equipment in the Kyushu-Okinawa area for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027 under the unified qualification system for all ministries and agencies.
(3) Not under corporate reorganization or rehabilitation proceedings.
(4) Not suspended from bidding by the Kyushu Regional Development Bureau Director General during the period from application submission to bid opening.
(5) Proven delivery record as specified in the tender specifications.
(6) Proven rapid after-service and parts supply system as specified in the tender specifications.
(7) If applying as a business cooperative, members must not apply individually.
(8) Not excluded by police authorities as controlled by organized crime groups.
(9) Obtained tender specifications directly by the methods described below.
