2. Eligibility for participation:

(2) Must have Grade A, B, or C qualification for "sales of goods" in the Kyushu-Okinawa region for fiscal 2026 under either the national unified qualification or Saga University qualification. Applications accepted at designated offices.
(3) Must have qualifications prescribed by the university president under Article 5 of the contract handling regulations.
(4) Must not be under transaction suspension by the university president.
