The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 1, 2026. Responsible Accounting Officer: Suenaga Yasuo, Director of National Hospital Organization Beppu Medical Center. Procurement Agency Number: 597. Location Number: 44. No. 14507.
1 Procurement Details:
(1) Item Classification Numbers 15, 28.
(2) Subject and Quantity: Network setup and 7-year maintenance contract for hospital information system.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As per the tender specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 31, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: National Hospital Organization Beppu Medical Center.
(6) Tender method: The successful bidder will be decided by comprehensive evaluation method, requiring submission of documents regarding performance, function, and technology. The bid price shall include all costs required for delivery. The winning price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). (4) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(5) Must have qualifications as determined by the accounting officer under Article 4 of the Contract Handling Rules.
