The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 1, 2026. Contracting Officer: Yuji HIRAMATSU, Director of the National University Corporation Tsukuba University Hospital. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 08. Item 4-1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Subject and quantity: Operating Room Video Distribution System Complete Set.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender explanatory document.
(4) Delivery deadline: January 29, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: Location designated by the contracting officer.
(6) Tender method: The successful bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen are rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility to participate:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 46 and 47 of the Tsukuba University Financial Regulations Enforcement Rules. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be exceptions.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region for 'sale of goods' under national or Tsukuba University competitive qualifications for fiscal year 2026. Applications accepted at designated offices.
(3) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must prove permission to sell medical devices under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(5) Must have qualifications prescribed by Article 49 of the Tsukuba University Financial Regulations Enforcement Rules as determined by the contracting officer.
(6) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contracting officer.
3. Submission details:

(3) Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to supply the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the contracting officer before bid opening.
