(2) Subject of Competition: Renewal of the 6th business system.

(1) Eligibility for participation: Those who do not fall under the following disqualifications: a) Those lacking the capacity to contract or bankrupt persons without rehabilitation, except those with necessary consent for contracting. b) Those who have committed intentional poor workmanship or fraudulent acts related to quality or quantity within the past two years, including agents and employees. c) Those indicted for bribery or bid rigging within the past year, including agents and employees. d) Those who have applied for corporate reorganization or civil rehabilitation procedures and have not completed them. e) Those recognized as antisocial forces, including organized crime groups and related entities.
(2) Must be recognized as qualified by Yucho Bank's supplier qualification screening or have the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications unified qualification. Obligations for bidders: Those wishing to participate must submit documents specified in the bidding documents by July 22, 2026, 10:30 AM to the location indicated below. Submitted documents will be reviewed, and only those recognized as capable will be eligible to bid. If explanations are requested, bidders must comply. Bidding briefing will be held in writing on June 15, 2026; those wishing to attend must submit attendance plans by June 12, 2026, 10:30 AM.
