(2) Purchase subject and quantity: One unit of spectral cell analyzer, Reiwa Year Month Day Monday (Extra Government Procurement No.) Kanpo

(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the date and place designated by the president.
(5) Must meet qualifications as determined by the president under Article 5 of Saga University contract handling regulations.
(6) Must not be under transaction suspension by the president.
