1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Migration work of audio materials (CD) approximately 5,000 discs.
(3) Specifications: According to the tender documentation.
(4) Fulfillment deadline: March 29, 2027.
(5) Fulfillment location: According to the specifications.
(6) Tender method: Unit price per disc. Bidders must state in the bid the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Payment will be the bid amount multiplied by the number of discs produced plus consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the Budget, Auditing and Accounting Act.
(3) Must have Grade A or B qualification for 'provision of services' in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region or pass qualification screening by the deadline, or prove experience in equivalent or higher specification work. Equivalent work is defined as: a) Migration of 500 or more optical discs or digital conversion of 500 or more audio signals recorded on cassette tapes or similar library audio materials; b) Management and correction of metadata of migrated or digitized materials and output in a specified folder structure; c) Migration or digitization of 500 or more discs/items in a single operation including handling and management of materials.
(4) Must prove technical capability and equipment for the work.
(5) Must not be subject to suspension of designation based on National Diet Library contract rules.
(6) Must meet other qualifications as determined by the responsible officer.
