Requirements for bidders:
Bidders must submit the prescribed application documents and documents certifying that the goods meet specifications by 4:00 PM (Japan time) on July 22, 2026.

Invalid bids: Those falling under "Invalid bids" as per NTT East Corporation Notice No. 1 (April 3, 2020) section 4(4).

Bid evaluation method:
The successful bidder will be selected by comprehensive evaluation based on technical content satisfaction and price within target price range. The bidder must also meet basic requirements in NTT East Corporation Notice No. 1 (April 3, 2020) section 4(5).

This procurement is to select a supplier of goods for a lease contract planned with a leasing company selected in NTT East Corporation Notice No. 18 for fiscal year 2024.
