The following is announced as an open competitive tender. Date: June 3, 2026. Procurement subject and quantity: Comprehensive work related to architecture design of the High-Performance Sports Center integrated data platform and verification of effectiveness of DX initiatives. Tender method: Submit total bid amount. The successful bidder will be selected by comprehensive evaluation method including technical proposal submission. The bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must enter 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Eligibility: Must not fall under disqualifications per Japan Sports Promotion Center regulations. Must not be affiliated with organized crime groups and able to pledge accordingly. Must be rated 'A' in the unified qualification for service provision for FY 2025-2027. Must have at least one achievement in each of the following within past 3 years (June 2023-May 2026): 1) Experience with cloud-based information system infrastructure or data utilization platform for systems with over 2,000 users, including overall concept formulation or architecture design; 2) Experience in design, development, or upstream support of information systems for government or public entities (limited to prefectures, designated cities, core cities). Must hold Privacy Mark, ISO/IEC 27001, or JISQ27001 certification.
