Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 3, 2026. Contract Responsible: Manabu Naito, Director of the Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund. Procurement agency number: 233. Location number: 13.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Comprehensive project management support services related to the procurement and quantity review system.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject, etc., are according to the tender documents.
(4) Delivery deadline according to the tender documents.
(5) Delivery location according to the tender documents.
(6) Tender method: The successful bidder will be decided by a comprehensive evaluation method, so submit proposal documents by the deadline specified in section 3(4) below. The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down), so bidders must state in the bid the amount corresponding to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for competition participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 31 of the Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund general competitive (designated competitive) contract participant qualification standards.
(2) Must not fall under Article 32 of the same standards.
(3) Must be rated A, B, or C in the 'Provision of Services, etc.' category in the unified qualification for all ministries for fiscal years 2025-2027 and have competition participation qualification in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. Applications for this qualification are accepted at the application reception desk listed in the government procurement gazette No. 57 dated March 31, 2025.
(4) Must have achievements related to the work.
(5) Must be recognized as capable of reliably performing the work. Tender announcement date: Wednesday, June 3, 2026 (Extra government procurement gazette No. __).
