1. Procurement Details

(2) Subject and Quantity: Rental of a complete electronic computer system for the high-energy physics data analysis experimental facility

(4) Rental Period: From September 1, 2027, to August 31, 2032.
(5) Rental Location: School of Science Research Building D303, Hiroshima University
(6) Tender Method: Bidders shall state the unit price per month. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount; therefore, bidders must state in the bid a price equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status.

2. Eligibility for Participation
(1) Must meet the qualifications specified in the tender explanatory document by the contract officer.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the "Provision of Services" category for fiscal 2026 in the Chugoku region under the national unified qualification system for all ministries and agencies.
(3) Those intending to rent the items to third parties must prove the ability to rent the items themselves and to third parties, and must prove a maintenance system for the rented items is in place.
(4) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contract officer.

5. Requirements for Bidders

6. Invalid Bids
Bids from those not meeting eligibility, failing bidder obligations, or other reasons per the tender explanatory document will be invalid.

8. Award Method
The contract officer will award to the bidder judged capable of renting the items and who submits the lowest valid bid within the price limit set by Hiroshima University accounting regulations Article 22.
