(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Complete automated mineral particle analysis system
(3) Subject matter according to the tender specifications
(4) Delivery deadline: January 29, 2027
(5) Lease period: 5 years

(1) Must not fall under the category of those disqualified from participation according to the Independent Administrative Institution for Energy and Mineral Resources' announcement on participant qualifications.
(2) Must have a rating of A, B, or C for "sale of goods" or "service provision" in the FY 2025-2027 unified qualification, or obtain such qualification by the bid date.
(3) Must not have received administrative penalties such as suspension of subsidies or contract disqualification from government agencies.
(4) The delivered goods must meet the specifications and have a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance at the delivery location.
