(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.

(3) Must be rated A, B, or C in "Manufacture of Goods" or "Sale of Goods" in the Cabinet Office Unified Qualification for Competitive Participation for FY 2025-2027.
(4) Must not be under suspension by the National Police Agency.
(5) Must not be excluded due to ties with organized crime groups.
