The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 8, 2026. Contracting Officer: Shingo Yoshii, Director of Finance and Facilities Department, University of Toyama. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 16. Item No. 6-1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 4.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Amivantamab (recombinant) and Vorhyaluronidase Alfa (recombinant) formulations (10mL per vial), 120 vials.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: as described in the tender specifications.
(4) Delivery period: August 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: locations designated by the contracting officer.

(2) Must have A, B, or C grade qualification for sales of goods in the Tokai-Hokuriku region for fiscal 2026 under the national unified qualification system.
(3) Must prove possession of a general pharmaceutical sales license under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act.
(4) Must meet qualifications specified by the contracting officer under Article 8 of the regulations.
(5) Must not be under suspension of business by the contracting officer.
