The following is subject to open competitive bidding. Date: June 8, 2026. National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System, Director: Kiyokazu Matsuo. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 23. No. 14 - Nagoya University

1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number 24
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Complete Atomic Force Microscope System
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the bidding instructions.
(4) Delivery deadline: March 24, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: Location designated by the institution head.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount input into the electronic bidding system plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must input 100/110 of the estimated contract amount into the electronic bidding system regardless of tax status.
2. Qualification for participation:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 3 and 4 of the contract handling regulations of the National University Corporation Tokai National Higher Education and Research System.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C grade in the Tokai-Hokuriku region for "sale of goods" in the national or Tokai National University Corporation competitive participation qualifications for fiscal year 2026.
(3) Must prove a system for rapid after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must have qualifications prescribed by the institution head under Article 5 of the contract handling regulations.
(5) Must not be under transaction suspension by the institution head.
4. Others:
(1) Language and currency used in contract procedures: Japanese and Japanese currency.
(2) Bid and contract guarantees are exempted.
(3) Bidders wishing to participate must submit documents proving the ability to supply the goods by the deadline for receipt of bidding documents. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the institution head before the bid opening day.
(4) Invalid bids: Those submitted by unqualified bidders or those who fail to fulfill obligations.
(5) Contract document creation: Required.
(6) Method of deciding the successful bidder: The bidder judged capable of supplying the goods and offering the lowest valid bid within the price limit set by the institution head will be awarded.
(7) Negotiations in procedures: None.
(8) Other details: According to the bidding instructions. If environmental conditions are specified in the bidding documents, bidders should fully understand them before bidding.
