(3) Those intending to lease the items to third parties must prove capability to lease and maintain the items themselves and for third parties.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the Contract Officer under Article 6, Paragraph 2 of the Oita University Contract Handling Regulations.
(5) Must not be under suspension from transactions by the Contract Officer. Date and official gazette number omitted.
