(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Complete set of cardiac ultrasound diagnostic equipment.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the bidding instructions.
(4) Delivery deadline: January 29, 2027.
(5) Delivery location: Location designated by the contracting officer.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must enter in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Bid and contract guarantees are exempted. Bidders wishing to participate must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to supply the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to any requests for explanation from the contracting officer before the bid opening date. Invalid bids include those from ineligible participants or those failing required obligations. Contract document creation is required. The winner will be the lowest valid bidder judged capable of supplying the goods within the price limit set by the University of Tsukuba financial regulations. No negotiation during procedures.
