(2) Purchase Subject and Quantity: Complete high-resolution multi-wavelength laser Raman 3D mapping microscope system.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As per the bidding documents.
(4) Delivery Deadline: February 26, 2027.

(6) Bidding Method: The winning bid price will be determined by adding 10% of the bid amount to the bid price (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status. Bid and contract guarantees are exempted. Bidders must submit documents proving ability to supply the goods by the bid deadline and respond to inquiries by the contract officer before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from unqualified bidders or those failing obligations. Contract document preparation is required. Eligibility: Must not fall under Articles 31 and 32 of the Accounting Handling Regulations of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology Hokuriku. Must be rated A, B, or C for 'sale of goods' in the Tokai-Hokuriku region for FY 2026 under the national unified qualification. Must have qualifications as determined by the contract officer under Article 33 of the Accounting Handling Regulations. Must not be under suspension from transactions. Award Method: The contract will be awarded to the lowest valid bidder judged capable of supplying the goods within the estimated price limit. No negotiation in the procedure. Other details as per bidding documents. If environmental conditions are specified in the bidding documents, bidders should fully understand them before bidding.
