1 Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 16, 21.
(2) Purchase subject and quantities: 1 Lead storage battery for generator SBS-300, 36 units; 2 Lead storage battery for generator SBS-40, 84 units; 3 Stationary lead storage battery MSE-300, 191 units; 4 Explosion-proof LED lighting unit, 1 set; 5 Stationary lead storage battery MSE-2000, 180 units; 6 Satellite bus, 1 set.

2 Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under disqualifications per Mint Bureau contract regulations Articles 4 and 5.
(2) Must have Ministry of Finance competitive participation qualification for FY 2025-2027 or Mint Bureau qualification with category 'sale of goods' rated A.
(3) Must not be suspended or disqualified by ministries.
(4) Must not have breached contracts with Mint Bureau.
(5) Must be registered as a retail electricity provider under the Electricity Business Act Article 2-2.
(6) Consideration of CO2 reduction will be part of evaluation; see related documents.
(7) Must supply 100% renewable energy power meeting RE100 technical criteria.
