The following is subject to open competitive bidding. Date: June 8, 2026. Procuring Entity: National University Corporation Osaka University, President Kumanojo Jun. Procurement Agency Number: 415. Location Number: 27. No. 19-1 Procurement Details:
(1) Item Classification Number 24.
(2) Procurement Subject and Quantity: Complete visible light measurement system for high-speed plasma diagnostics.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As described in the bidding documents.
(4) Delivery Deadline: March 31, 2027.
(5) Delivery Location: Laser Science Research Institute, Osaka University.
(6) Bidding Method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10 percent of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt for consumption tax and local consumption tax.
2. Eligibility for Participation:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the Contract Regulations of National University Corporation Osaka University.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the 2026 fiscal year Kinki region for 'sale of goods' under the national unified qualification or Osaka University’s qualification for competitive participation. Applications for these qualifications are accepted at the application reception offices listed in the supplementary table of the Government Procurement Gazette No. 58 dated March 31, 2026.
(3) Must prove that a rapid after-sales service and maintenance system for the purchased goods is established.
