1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Subject and quantity: Complete digitization work of closed land registry books.
(3) Regarding the specifications and performance of the procurement, the obligating officer will specify the required characteristics in the tender documents.

(6) Tender method: Tender will be conducted for the subject in (2). The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). 2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Minors or persons under guardianship with necessary consent may be eligible under special reasons.
(2) Must not fall under Article 71 of the same Cabinet Order.
(3) Must have Ministry of Justice unified qualification grades A, B, or C for provision of services in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region for fiscal years 2025-2027.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the obligating officer based on Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. Electronic procurement system can be used. (2)の件名について入札に付する。落札決定に当たっては、入札書に記載された金額に当該金額の10パーセントに相当する額を加算した金額(当該金額に1円未満の端数があるときは、その端数金額を切り捨てるものとする。)をもって落札価格とするので、入札者は、消費税及び地方消費税に係る課税事業者であるか、免税事業者であるかを問わず、見積もった契約金額の110分の100に相当する金額を入札書に記載すること。
2 競争参加資格

(6) なお、提出した資格・実績証明書について説明を求められたときは、これに応じなければならない。 入札の無効本公告に示した競争参加資格のない者のした入札及び入札に関する条件に違反した入札は、無効とする。 契約書作成の要否要落札者の決定方法この公告に示した作業を履行することができると支出負担行為担当官が判断した入札者であって、予算決算及び会計令第79条の規定に基づいて作成された予定価格の制限の範囲内で最低価格をもって有効な入札を行ったものを落札者とする。 手続における交渉の有無無詳細は、入札説明書による。
