(6) Bid amount: The bid amount shall be the total price necessary to implement this procurement. The winning bid price will be the amount obtained by adding 10% of the bid amount stated in the bid form; bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt entities. If two or more bidders submit the same bid price, the bidder with superior environmental activities will be selected as the winning bidder. Documentation confirming environmental accounting disclosure, ISO14001 reporting, ISO14001 certification acquisition or equivalent environmental activity evaluation programs, or establishment of an environmental management department should be prepared.
