Tender Notice:
The following is subject to open competitive bidding. Date: June 9, 2026. Contract officer: Takuya HASHIMOTO, Director of Procurement Department, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Procurement agency number: 808. Location number: 08. Procurement number: 28.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 24.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Complete superconducting quantum circuit evaluation system.
(3) Characteristics of procurement subject: According to the bidding documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 28, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: As stated in the bidding documents.
(6) Bidding method: The subject in 1(2) will be tendered. The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for competition:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of the contract handling rules of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in manufacturing or sales of goods according to the qualification screening rules of the Institute. Those with equivalent qualifications under the unified government qualification are deemed to have the same rating.
(3) Must not be under suspension of nomination based on the Institute's contract suspension rules from the date of this notice until bid opening.
(4) Small and medium enterprises with technical capabilities may participate regardless of the rating in 2(2) if they meet certain criteria.
(5) Application timing and place for competition eligibility: As stated in the public notice dated January 6, 2025.
