1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 24.
(2) Subject and quantity: Complete ultra-high vacuum ultra-low temperature scanning tunneling microscope set.
(3) Characteristics of procurement: As described in the bidding documents and specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 25, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.
