(6) Tender Method: The contract award will be decided by a comprehensive evaluation method; therefore, documents related to performance, functions, and technology (hereinafter referred to as "documents for comprehensive evaluation") must be submitted. The awarded price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.

2. Eligibility for Participation:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of Toyama University Contract Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion are exceptions.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the "Sales of Goods" category for the Tokai-Hokuriku region in the 2026 fiscal year unified national qualification.
(3) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the purchased goods.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the designated time and place specified by the contract responsible person.
(5) Must have qualifications determined by the contract responsible person based on Article 8 of Toyama University Contract Regulations.
(6) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the contract responsible person.
