Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 11, 2026. Tokushima University, Director of the General Affairs Department KAWAMURA Yasuhiko. Procurement agency number: 415. Location number: 36.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification number: 16.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Complete set of virtual servers for research use.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As described in the tender specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 28, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: Tokushima University Hospital.
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under the provisions of Articles 5 and 6 of Tokushima University Contract Handling Regulations.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Shikoku region for "sale of goods" under the national or Tokushima University competitive participation qualifications for fiscal year 2026. Applications for these qualifications are accepted at designated offices as per the government procurement notice dated March 31, 2026.
(3) Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the procured goods.
(4) Must prove ability to deliver the goods at the date and place designated by the university president.
(5) Must not be under transaction suspension by the university president.
3. Submission details:

(2) Tender specifications are distributed from the date of this notice at the above location.
(3) Bid submission deadline: August 3, 2026, 17:00.

4. Others:
(1) Language and currency for contract procedures: Japanese and Japanese currency.
(2) Bid and contract guarantees are exempted.
(3) Bidders wishing to participate must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to deliver the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the university president before bid opening.
(4) Invalid bids include those from ineligible bidders or those failing obligations.
(5) Contract document is required.
(6) Winning bidder is the lowest valid bidder within the estimated price range judged capable by the university president.
(7) No negotiation in procedures.
