1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 71, 27.
(2) Specific services and quantity: Design and other related services for the renewal of the Japanese Nationals' Immigration Inspection System.
(3) Specifications for the procurement project: According to the bidding instructions and specifications.
(4) Fulfillment deadline: As specified in the specifications.
(5) Fulfillment location: Location designated by the Deputy Commissioner of the Immigration Services Agency.
(6) Bidding method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt for consumption tax and local consumption tax.

2. Eligibility for participation: Must not fall under Article 70 of the Budget and Accounting Act. Minors, persons under guardianship or assistance who have obtained necessary consent for contract conclusion are exceptions under special reasons.
