1. Procurement details:

(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Kyushu-Okinawa region for “sales of goods” in the national unified qualification for fiscal 2026.
(3) Must have qualifications designated by the Obligating Officer Trustee based on Article 5 of the contract handling regulations.
(4) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the Obligating Officer Trustee.
