1. Procurement details:

2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 3 and 4 of the National University Corporation University of Miyazaki Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship or assistance with necessary consent may be exceptions under special reasons.
(2) Must be rated A, B, or C in the Kyushu-Okinawa region for “sales of goods” in the national unified qualification for fiscal 2026.
(3) Must have qualifications designated by the Obligating Officer Trustee based on Article 5 of the contract handling regulations.
(4) Must not be under suspension of transactions by the Obligating Officer Trustee.

2 競争参加資格
