1. Procurement Details:

1. Submit documents related to performance, functions, and technology for comprehensive evaluation.

2. The bid price must include all costs related to the purchase and delivery. The successful bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than one yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form the amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount, regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for Participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Regulations. Minors or persons under guardianship may participate if consent is obtained.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the same regulations.
(3) Must have Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for sales of goods and provision of services at grade A, B, or C and have competition participation qualification in the Shikoku region. Applications are accepted at designated government procurement offices.
