(5) Basic required specifications: A. The sustainable electronics printing prototyping system shall have both roll-to-roll printing equipment and sheet-to-sheet printing equipment. B. The roll-to-roll printing equipment shall transport a 300mm wide film substrate and form patterns by screen printing, and include three drying and sintering processes: drying, UV curing, and laser sintering. It shall also have a unit for surface treatment such as atmospheric-pressure plasma before screen printing. The screen printing shall be rotary type to support continuous printing. C. The sheet-to-sheet printing equipment shall automatically transport film substrates of A3 size or larger and form patterns by screen printing, equipped with UV curing and IR sintering drying and sintering units. To improve printing accuracy, the screen printing shall be gapless type.

(5) 調達に必要とされる基本的な要求要件Aサステナブルエレクトロニクス印刷試作装置は、ロールtoロール印刷装置、シート toシート印刷装置のそれぞれを有すること。 B ロールtoロール印刷装置は、300mm幅のフィルム基材を搬送しながら、スクリーン印刷でパターン形成でき、乾燥、UV硬化、レーザー焼成の3つの乾燥・焼成工程が行えること。また、スクリーン印刷の前に大気圧プラズマなどによる表面処理が行えるユニットを備えること。連続印刷に対応するためロータリー方式のスクリーン印刷であること。 C シートtoシート印刷装置は、A3サイズ以上のフィルム基板を自動搬送しながら、 スクリーン印刷でパターン形成でき、UV 硬化、IR焼成の乾燥・焼成ユニットを備えること。印刷精度を高めるため、ギャップレス方式のスクリーン印刷であること。 2資料及びコメントの提供方法上記1(2)の物品に関する一般的な参考資料及び同(5)の要求要件等に関するコメント並びに提供可能なライブラリーに関する資料等の提供を招請する。
