Tender Notice:

1. Items subject to competitive bidding:
(1) Classification codes 71, 27.
(2) Project name: Comprehensive services for integrated operation monitoring and application program maintenance of the Hello Work system (operation starting fiscal year 2027).
(3) Specifications according to the tender explanatory document.
(4) Contract period: from contract signing date to March 31, 2031.
(5) Tender method: The bid price shall be a total price. The successful bidder will be selected by a comprehensive evaluation method, requiring submission of documents related to performance, functions, and technology. The successful bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must enter 100/110 of the estimated contract amount in the bid regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 70 or 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Minors or persons under guardianship who have obtained necessary consent are exceptions.
(2) Must have Grade A rating in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for provision of services.
(3) Must not have submitted false information in qualification application.
(4) Must not have extremely poor management or credit status.
(5) Must have no unpaid labor insurance, health insurance, or pension premiums in the past two years.
(6) Must not be subject to suspension by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
(7) Must meet other qualifications as determined by the responsible officer.
