The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 12, 2026. Obligator: Masato FUJITA, Director of the Finance Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Justice. Procurement agency number: 013. Location number: 13. No. 123.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers: 14, 71, 27.
(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Provision, operation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and related services for the family register information cooperation system, 1 set.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: As per the tender explanation documents and specifications.
(4) Procurement period: As per the specifications.
(5) Procurement location: Location designated by Masato FUJITA, Director of the Finance Division, Minister's Secretariat.
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status.

(3) Must have grade A or B in manufacture, sale, or provision of services under the Ministry of Justice's unified qualification for fiscal years 2025-2027.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the obligating officer under Article 73.
(5) If lending the procured items to third parties, must prove ability to lend both directly and through third parties.
