Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 12, 2026. Japan Finance Corporation, Head of Property Administration Department, Mitsuo NAKADA. Procurement agency number 127. Location number 13.
1 Procurement details

(2) Procurement subject and quantity: Purchase of small storage batteries (for office use), one set
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender documentation and specifications.

(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the amount stated in the bid plus consumption tax and local consumption tax (fractions less than 1 yen will be rounded down). Bidders must state in the bid the amount corresponding to "quoted amount × 100 / (100 + consumption tax and local consumption tax rate (%))" regardless of whether they are taxable or tax-exempt businesses.
2 Eligibility for participation
(1) Those wishing to participate must submit a competitive participation qualification application form with necessary details to the Contract Section, Property Administration Department, Japan Finance Corporation. The application and attachments will be reviewed by Japan Finance Corporation, and only those who pass will have eligibility.
(2) Must hold the unified qualification for all government agencies for fiscal years 2025-2027, graded A, B, or C in "sale of goods", or be confirmed equivalent by application documents.

The tender documentation will be attached and sent by reply email. Direct pickup is possible at the location in 3(1) by stating the request.
(3) Submission deadline: August 6, 2026, 12:00 noon
