Tender Notice:
The following general competitive tender is announced. Date: June 16, 2026. Procurement Agency Number: 597. Location Number: 13. No. 04003.
1. Procurement Details:
(1) Item Classification Number 71.
(2) Procurement Subject and Quantity: Comprehensive on-site system engineer service contract.
(3) Specifications: According to the tender documents and specifications.
(4) Performance Period: From October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029.
(5) Performance Location: National Hospital Organization Tokyo Hospital.
(6) Tender Method: The bid amount shall include all costs necessary to perform the procurement subject during the performance period defined in (4). The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of tax status.
2. Eligibility for Participation:
(1) Must not fall under Article 5 of the National Hospital Organization Contract Handling Rules. Minors or persons under guardianship may participate if consent is obtained.
(2) Must not fall under Article 6 of the Contract Handling Rules.
(3) Must hold Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare unified qualification for 'Provision of Services etc.' grades A, B, or C, and qualification for 'Software Development and Others' with eligibility for the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. Applications accepted at designated government procurement offices.
(4) Must have qualifications designated by the accounting officer based on Article 4 of the Contract Handling Rules.
