The following is announced as a general competitive tender. Date: June 16, 2026. National University Corporation Tottori University President Tasuku Harada. Procurement agency number 415. Location number 31.
1. Procurement details:
(1) Item classification numbers 22, 31.
(2) Purchase subject and quantity: Complete surgical endoscopic video camera system.
(3) Characteristics of the procurement subject: According to the tender specifications.
(4) Delivery deadline: December 28, 2026.
(5) Delivery location: Tottori University Medical School Affiliated Hospital.
(6) Tender method: The winning bid price will be the bid amount plus 10% of that amount (fractions less than 1 yen will be truncated). Bidders must state in the bid form an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount regardless of consumption tax status.
2. Eligibility for participation:
(1) Must not fall under Articles 5 and 6 of the Contract Handling Regulations of National University Corporation Tottori University. Minors or persons under guardianship or assistance with necessary consent may be applicable under special reasons.
(2) Must have A, B, or C grade qualification in 'sales of goods' for fiscal 2026 in the Chugoku region under the national unified qualification or Tottori University qualification. Applications accepted at designated offices as per government procurement notice No. 58 dated March 31, 2026. Must prove a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for goods delivery. Must prove ability to deliver goods at the date and place designated by the university president. Must have a license for medical device sales under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act. Must not be under transaction suspension by the university president. Bid submission deadline: August 7, 2026, 17:00. Bid opening: August 31, 2026, 10:30 at the same meeting room. Language and currency: Japanese and Japanese yen. Bid and contract guarantees are exempted. Bidders must submit sealed bids with documents proving ability to deliver the goods by the deadline. Bidders must respond to explanations requested by the president within 5 days before bid opening. Invalid bids include those from ineligible participants or those failing obligations. Contract document required. The winner is the lowest valid bidder within the price limit judged capable by the president. No negotiation in the procedure. Other details per tender documents.
